About Us 

Many years ago while backpacking through France, we fell in love with woodfired pizzas.  Since then we have been avid fans of woodfired cooking and made our own oven in 1997.  Our love of woodfired cooking and ovens has grown from a hobby into a fulltime family business.  As you can see by our gallery and testimonial pages, our ovens are now in homes, cafes and hotels all over Australia.

Australia's climate is perfect for Mediterranean style cooking and alfresco dining.  There is nothing like the flavour of flame kissed outdoor cooking and no better way to spend an afternoon with family and friends.

We make every oven ourselves and provide personal pre sale and after sale service and advice 7 days a week.  Whether it's building the bases, assembling and rendering the oven or even cooking something special, we can advise you.
